Powder Coating seminar in Estonia
As part of the efforts to share our know-how about surface treatment and sustainability, AABO-IDEAL has most recently, and in collaboration with our Estonian partner Elister, co-organized a Powder Coating seminar hosted by our customer Torm Metal OÜ in Tartu.
The seminar was held on November 7th and took place in the production hall right next to their AABO-IDEAL line. It was a full-day event that lasted until late in the evening and was filled with introductions to the latest knowledge on solutions within complete surface treatment plants for powder coating.
Around 100 participants from 35 different Estonian companies were invited and benefited from the many professional presentations. AABO-IDEAL was represented by Regional Sales Manager Lars Pagh Rasmussen, who presented technologies around conveyors, pretreatment, ovens and not least our environmentally friendly GO GREENER concept.
From the other speakers, presentations could be heard on suspension and masking systems, application and cabin equipment for powder coating, technique for measuring paint thickness before curing, plant installation and service.
During the day, there was an opportunity for an interesting factory tour. An exciting test was also run of the new option for measuring the paint thickness on the items before curing. The test was carried out and shown live on the big screens while the application part of the line was running.
Based on the feedback received during the day, it was a very successful event with a high professional level. We would like to thank both our co-organizer and host for their great effort, and the other speakers for their good and interesting presentations.
