Flexibility is key for this powder line

The finishing line at HMF has a high degree of flexibility and makes it possible to paint in two separate powder coating systems.

Nogle af HMF’s produkter kan ikke tåle de høje temperaturer ved pulverlakering, og derfor har HMF fortsat et vådlakeringssystem til disse produkter.

Overfladebehandlingsanlægget

A seven stages Forbehandlingslinje leads to a gas heated drying oven. This is followed by a cooling zone and so is the Hærdeovn. The line has a Power & Free-transportsystem.

To pulverlakeringssystemer samt et vådlakeringssystem med en indirekte opvarmet hærdeovn sikrer den rette behandling af HMF’s produkter.
