This company has one of the largest lines in Scandinavia. Jitech is a Lønlakeringsvirksomhed and sub supplier to the Bilindustrien and other products in large quantities. They needed a high capacity line with a high quality regarding corrosion.

Jitech AB i Tingsryd i Sverige installerede i 2012 en komplet ny pulverlakeringslinje. AABO-IDEAL stod for projektledelsen i samarbejde med vores svenske agentur Crescocito.

Flexible powder line

The finishing system is designed for high flexibility, short series and more colours. The design enables Jitech to paint with more colours simultaneously and this adds also flexibility to the operation of the line.

Hærdeprocessen kan gennemføres med to forskellige opholdstider, og linjen gør det muligt for Jitech at påføre en primer, inden toplakken påføres.
