Ett Power & Free-transportsystem ger högsta möjliga flexibilitet.

Vi använder Power & Free-transportsystem för linjer som kräver en eller flera av följande funktioner:

• High load capacity (0-6000 kg or very long items – typical 5-25 m in length)
• Very high flexibility – more booth systems in the same line, more process etc.
• Lastning och lossning med lyftanordning

Function

Each wagon carries one or more products or product parts. The wagon runs in an open ”free” profile, and on top of this is the chain profile, the ”power” – hence the name ”Power and Free”

Systemet gör att transportsystemet kan användas ungefär som ett järnvägsspår, vilket är det enklaste sättet att beskriva Power & Free-systemet.

Varje enskild vagn kan bland annat:

• Startas och stoppas oberoende av de andra
• Buffer products in a buffer before loading – application – ovens etc.
• Följa olika spår eller riktningar och genomgå olika processer
• Be equipped with a number readable for the controller, giving all information about the full process – the current status – time left – parts on wagon etc.
